Once sealed you receive a receipt and the satchel will be picked up by our company officers. The satchel is bar code scanned every step of the way and the information automatically uploaded to our TapeGuard Secure Management System. You can view the process online. This ensures your tape's location is always known - facilitating a quick return.
The security satchels are designed so that they clearly show any evidence of tampering thus your confidentiality is maintained. At our centre the satchels are stored in our environmentally controlled vault until ready for exchange. Logging in to the TapeGuard Secure Media Management System or phoning our hotline is all it takes to then have your tapes returned to you 24 hours a day.
